Hi everyone! Just got out of a Saddleback @ Work breakout session. Jayson with Miller Farm Media gave some solid & easy to implement video tips for business:
1. Don't stand in front of a wall, it's mugshot-ish.
2. Don't record from a low point, it's really unflattering to look up noses!
3. Use a tripod - nobody wants to watch a bumpy video.
4. Be aware of lighting. Use 2 light sources - those Chinese paper lanterns work really well so the light isn't too hard.
5. Keep it short. 1-2 minutes is best - if you have more to say create a video series. Seriously, nobody will watch your 10 minute video all the way through.
